Every cake is baked personally by Nadine from her Smiths Lake kitchen on the Barrington Coast, the same kitchen, the same standards and the same hands-on care, whether your venue is five minutes away or two hours down the road in Newcastle. Her work has been recognised with a Wedding Industry Awards Mid North Coast win, a #2 Highly Commended placing the following year, and an ABIA nomination.

Every cake begins with a genuine, unhurried video consultation, exactly like meeting in person, working through flavours, design, guest numbers and budget together before anything is quoted.
Your cake is lovingly designed, baked and finished in Nadine's Smiths Lake kitchen, with exactly the same process and beautiful ingredients as every wedding cake she creates, Sydney or otherwise.
Nadine personally drives your cake to your Sydney venue, allowing generous extra time for traffic, and sets it up herself on arrival, the same door-to-door care she'd give a delivery right around the corner from home.

Every Newcastle cake begins with an online consultation. Pick the length that suits your wedding, and you will receive a personalised quote and design options to look over.
Simply Elegant
A focused, friendly chat about a classic, single-flavour cake: a smooth buttercream or fondant finish with simple, considered detailing. You come away with one personalised quote to keep and think over.
Celebration
More time to explore the details: a custom theme, decorative touches and flavour combinations, with hand-piped work and fresh florals. You receive two design options to compare, so you can see what feels most like you.
Extravagant Couture
The full design experience, for cakes that call for real structural thought: sculpted sugar work, layered design collaboration, and coordination with your other vendors. You walk away with two design options, plus the choice of a third if you would like more to consider.

Yes. Nadine bakes in Smiths Lake and personally drives your cake to your Sydney venue, then sets it up herself. Delivery and setup to Sydney is $600, which covers the return journey from Smiths Lake and her liaising with your venue and vendors on the day.

Yes. The consultation covers flavours, design, guest numbers and budget together, exactly as it would in person, before anything is quoted. You then receive a personalised quote and design options to review.

Cakes start from $250 for Simply Elegant, $500 for Celebration and $800 for Extravagant Couture. The final price depends on size, design and flavours, and your quote also includes delivery to your Sydney venue.

Each consultation is dedicated design time with Nadine, followed by a personalised quote and design options prepared just for you. The fee reflects that time and keeps it focused on couples ready to plan.

Nadine allows generous extra time for traffic and drives carefully and unhurriedly the whole way. She sets the cake up herself on arrival, so it is checked by the person who made it.
