Each cake is handmade using premium ingredients, locally sourced produce and Nadine’s signature creative touch.

How to Order

Ordering is easy! Select your cake, size and pickup or delivery preference. Nadine will be in touch to confirm your order and arrange a collection or delivery time.

Delivery & Pick Up

Pickup is available from Nadine’s Forster kitchen. Delivery can be arranged across the Barrington Coast, Hunter, Central Coast, Sydney and surrounding NSW regions — just ask Nadine for pricing when ordering.

    Available in thin 10" or thick 8".

    Two layers with NTCQ conserve and whipped cream, dusted with icing sugar.

    Optional Lemon Icing Sugar Glaze available — 10" - $110, 8" - $88, 6" - $72.

    A version of Claudia Roden’s famous Middle Eastern Orange Cake covered in Toasted Orange Italienne Meringue with Edible Flower Petals and silver dust.

  • Lime or Lemon & Elderflower Coconut Syrup Cake – $160

    Coconut Cake soaked with Lime or Lemon Elderflower Syrup decorated with Lime or Lemon Zest, Finger Lime and Dehydrated Elderflowers.

  • Caramel Orange Sage Cake (GF/DF/RSF) – $180

    A refined sugar free version of Claudia Roden’s Middle Eastern Orange Cake inside orange slices and sage leaves with raspberry dust.     

  • Apple Blueberry Crumble (GF/RSF/Vegan) – $180

    An almond coconut base topped with an apple blueberry filling and toasted almond coconut crumble.

  • Citrus Marmalade Risotto Cake (GF or DF) – from $180

    Enjoyed hot or cold and available as dairy free. Sliceable Rice Pudding with NTCQ Citrus Marmalade with Macadamias, Naked Ginger and Edible Flower Petals.

    Two layers of banana pecan pineapple cake layered and covered with cream cheese icing then decorated with toasted pecans, dehydrated pineapple and edible flowers.

    My best-selling chocolate cake for the past 30 years using Callebaut Dark Chocolate. A deliciously light, fudgy cake covered with silky dark chocolate ganache and galaxy dust (bronze, copper and gold dusts).

  • White Chocolate Raspberry Cake – From $230

    The most requested wedding cake flavour. Two thin layers of cake layered and covered with Callebaut White Chocolate Italienne Meringue Buttercream, Caramelised White Chocolate and Raspberry Dust, as per the design.

  • Retro Lemon Meringue Pie or Italienne Meringue Pie – $160 (GF $175)

    A pastry base filled with tangy lemon curd filling, topped with either baked or italienne meringue.         

  • Banoffee Pie – $160

    A pastry base filled with condensed milk caramel topped with fresh bananas with whipped double cream, coffee and grated chocolate on top.
