Nadine the Cake Queen bakes handcrafted Christmas desserts and gifts in Smiths Lake, near Forster, from fruit mince pies and puddings to gingerbread trees, shortbread and paint-your-own biscuit gift boxes.
Everything is made with organic and local ingredients, with gluten free, dairy free and vegan options. Orders close Monday 14 December 2026, with pickup on Wednesday 23 and Thursday 24 December.
