A cake consultation with Nadine the Cake Queen is a booked, one-on-one session — in person or by video — to design your wedding or celebration cake.
There are three tiers, priced by consultation length and matched to your guest numbers, plus an optional add-on for entirely new or off-menu flavours. The consultation fee is separate from the cost of your cake and secures your booking.

Simply Elegant
A classic, single-flavour cake layered and finished with luscious buttercream icing or ganache — ideal for intimate celebrations or simple wedding centrepieces. Elegant, timeless and always delicious.

Extravagant Couture
For grand weddings and elaborate events. This tier includes full design collaboration, tasting guidance, concept refinement and liaising with vendors — to create a showstopping, edible masterpiece that will be remembered for years.

Custom Recipe Development — +$250
If your cake or dessert needs a flavour that isn't already on Nadine's menu, this covers the real work involved in creating it properly — not just quoting it.
- An initial trial of your chosen flavour or dessert concept
- Nadine contacting your venue directly to confirm they're able to work with the concept
- Applies on top of your Simply Elegant, Celebration or Extravagant Couture consultation
Payable upfront, non-refundable. Further trials and tastings beyond the first are quoted and charged separately.
Before you book: please check with your venue first that they're open to working with an externally designed cake or dessert concept. Some venues require all catering — including dessert — to come from their own kitchen.

WHERE NADINE DELIVERS
Local pickup, or delivery across NSW
Delivery is priced differently depending on what you're ordering — transparent, and part of the investment either way.
Pickup from Smiths Lake is free and available on every order. Local delivery is priced at $100 per hour of travel time (return journey), quoted at checkout based on your address.
Delivery and setup are priced at $100/hour return journey from Smiths Lake — e.g. around $600 return to Sydney. Selected local venues (Pacific Palms Surf Lifesaving Club, Palms Pavilion, The Moorings Lakehouse) have set delivery fees from $25.

Wedding dates can book well ahead, particularly during popular seasons. Early enquiries give you the best chance of securing your preferred date.

Tiers are matched to guest numbers and how involved your design is — Simply Elegant suits intimate weddings and elopements, Celebration suits small-to-mid weddings, and Extravagant Couture suits larger or more elaborate celebrations. If you're unsure, Simply Elegant is a safe starting point — Nadine will guide you from there.
